• How and where can I park my car?

  At our central location Par'Course, where we have the widest selection of bikes, there is only paid parking available next to the Par'Course terrain. At our main office you can park for free, but we offer only a small selection of bikes there.

• Can I leave some items behind when biking?

  Sure, we have lockers available for you.

• Can I change and shower at your shop?

  Our head office in Valkenburg (De Valkenberg 8b, Valkenburg) has shower facilities. Also most service centers have these facilities!

• What happens when I break down?

  We use the best quality materials and bikes but sometimes even that cannot prevent a break down. We always provide a first aid kit and technical kit with your rental. Don't worry our serviceteam is available for you aswell; just give us a call at +31 (0)43 60 15338

• What should I bring when renting an item?

  Please bring a valid ID or drivers license when renting a motorized item. Furthermore a deposit is required (depending on the amount and type of item). This deposit can be paid in cash or via debitcard. In case of deposit via debitcard € 1,- administrative fee is applicable.

• What are the terms and conditions?

• What kind of insurance is included?

  Of course we have insurance. Our insurance includes company liability, workshop repair risks and personal injury. Besides these, all vehicles with a license plate are also separatly insured. For further details please view the complete terms and conditions of Cycle center. 

  Important: Self inflicted injury and damage to yourself and/or a rentel bike or vehicle cannot be insured. Regarding damages to vehicles we offer a risk cap of per incident; for € 7,50 per bike or vehicle you can maximize the liability to € 150. Theft is not included.

• Do I get a map with routes?

  Of course! You always get a map with the cycling waypoint network of South Limburg. Additionally, we offer custom routes that matches your bike and desired travel distance. We also supply digital versions so you can just follow along on your phone. Don't forget to rent a phone holder; it has become illegal to hold your phone in your hand while cycling!
